Morada helps people share recommendations, save and organize places, create trips, and maintain relationships with people they trust.

Certain features or services may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented when those features become available.

Using Morada constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Users must:

• be at least 13 years old
• provide accurate information
• maintain account security

Users are responsible for:

• account credentials
• activity conducted through their account
• keeping account information current

Users retain ownership of:

• recommendations
• notes
• photos
• trip content
• place collections
• share content
• profile content
• messages

Morada receives a license to host, display, process, and operate that content solely for providing the service.

Content shared with other users may remain visible to those recipients even if subsequently removed from your account, subject to applicable law.

Morada provides tools that help users:

• create trips
• share recommendations
• save and organize places
• share places with others
• maintain relationships with other users

Users are responsible for content they submit.

Recommendations represent the views of the contributor.

Morada does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, or suitability of any recommendation.

Users may not:

• harass others
• impersonate others
• spam
• upload unlawful content
• violate intellectual property rights
• attempt to access information they are not authorized to access

Morada owns:

• platform software
• trademarks
• branding
• product design

except for user-generated content, which remains owned by its creator.

Users grant Morada permission to use feedback and product suggestions without compensation.

Morada may:

• remove content
• suspend accounts
• terminate accounts

for violations of these Terms.

Morada provides tools that help people create trips, organize places, and share recommendations. The service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Users assume responsibility for decisions made based on recommendations shared through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morada and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

In all cases, Morada's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid Morada in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morada is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process will be confirmed as part of formal legal review.
